Finding the unit
Tedlo runs off Dundas St E, behind the plaza. We’re Unit 4 — the fourth roll-up door from the west end, teal sign above it. Customer parking is the five marked spots by the office door; the yard past the gate belongs to the neighbouring unit.
By transit: MiWay routes on Dundas, then a five-minute walk. Dixie GO is about 4 km — if you’re leaving the car with us we’ll drive you there.
Dropping off outside hours
Locked key box to the right of the office door. Write your name, plate and phone number on the envelope inside and post the key through. Text us so we know it’s there.

Your rights
What you’re entitled to when you leave a car anywhere
- A written estimate before any work begins
- An invoice no more than 10% above that estimate
- Your replaced parts returned on request
- No charge for an estimate unless you were told the amount in advance
The Consumer Protection Act, 2002, provides you with rights in relation to having a motor vehicle repaired. Ontario requires that sentence on repair invoices. We print it, and we also mean it.
