Get a Written Estimate
Tell us the vehicle and what it’s doing. You get a realistic range back the same day, and a firm written estimate with photos once we’ve seen the car. Nothing is touched before you approve it.

What happens next
We read it, not a bot
Someone who works on cars reads what you wrote and comes back with a range and a likely cause.
You bring it in
Or drop the key in the box. Diagnosis is $119 and comes off the repair.
Written estimate with photos
Parts, labour, tax, total. Approve line by line — you can take half of it and leave the rest.
Your rights, not our marketing. Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 entitles you to a written estimate, caps the invoice at 10% above it, and requires your replaced parts back on request. A repairer can only charge for an estimate if they tell you the amount in advance — and can’t charge at all if the work goes ahead. We don’t charge for estimates, full stop.
Faster on the phone?
A photo of a leak or a dash light usually saves ten minutes of description. Text it over.
Questions
About estimates
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Diagnosis is $119 if the car needs to be tested to produce an accurate estimate — and that comes off the repair.
How accurate is a price over the phone?
It’s a range, not a quote. A grinding noise can be four different parts at four different prices. The firm number comes after we’ve seen it.
Can the invoice be higher than the estimate?
By no more than 10%, which is the legal limit here. If we find something that changes the job, we stop and call you.
Can I approve only part of the work?
Yes, and people often do. We’ll tell you which items are safety-critical and which can wait a few months, then you choose.
