Fleet Service in Mississauga
A van off the road at 9 AM costs more than the repair does. Fleet accounts get the first bays of the morning, a service history per plate so nothing surprises you, and one invoice at month end instead of a glovebox full of receipts.
01 / What the account gives you
Six things, and they’re all about downtime
Bays from 7:00
We open half an hour early for fleet work. Vehicles back before your drivers start.
History per plate
Every visit logged against the vehicle. Monthly sheet showing what’s approaching due, so you plan the spend instead of reacting to it.
One invoice
Consolidated monthly, net thirty after a credit check, broken down per vehicle.
Volume rates
Tiered from three vehicles, quoted in writing. Not renegotiated at the counter every visit.
Driver reporting
Drivers text a photo and a plate number. We handle scheduling with the office, not with the driver.
Seasonal sweeps
Battery and charging test on the whole fleet before the first cold snap. One morning, all vehicles.
02 / Scope
What we cover, and where the line is
We handle
- Light-duty vans, cars and small trucks up to 4,500 kg
- Scheduled maintenance and oil service across the fleet
- Brakes, suspension, electrical, exhaust, climate
- Diagnostics and warning-light triage
- Safety Standards Certificates for vehicle turnover
- Pre-purchase inspections when you’re adding used units
We don’t
- Vehicles over 4,500 kg
- Annual heavy diesel emissions testing — still required in Ontario, but not by us. We’ll tell you where.
- Bodywork, glass, tires, wraps
- Roadside recovery
Worth knowing: Ontario ended Drive Clean emissions testing for light-duty vehicles on 1 April 2019, so your cars and light vans no longer need it. Heavy diesel commercial vehicles over 4,500 kg still do, annually, to renew the plate.
03 / Getting started
Three steps, about a week
Send the list
Plates, VINs, mileage. A spreadsheet or a photo of a whiteboard both work fine.
We quote in writing
Per-service rates, volume tier, billing terms. Nothing verbal.
Baseline inspection
We work through the fleet over a week and give you a condition report per vehicle, ranked by urgency and cost.
Questions
Fleet operators ask
Do our diesel vans still need emissions testing?
Only if they’re over 4,500 kg. Light-duty testing in Ontario ended in April 2019; heavy diesel commercial vehicles still need an annual test to renew the plate.
How small a fleet do you take?
Three vehicles. Most accounts here run three to twenty.
Account billing?
Yes — monthly, net thirty after a credit check, with a per-plate breakdown.
Can drivers book directly?
They can report a fault directly with a photo and plate number, but scheduling goes through whoever you nominate at the office. Keeps the calendar and the budget in one place.
