An independent shop in the industrial strip off Dundas. Not a franchise, not a dealership, no monthly targets handed down from a head office — which is the actual reason nobody here has a reason to sell you something you don’t need.

The tools that change the answer
Manufacturer-level scan coverage
European, Japanese, Korean and domestic software — not a generic reader. It’s the difference between naming a code and being able to code, adapt and program the module that caused it.
Four-channel oscilloscope
Intermittent electrical faults and sensor signal problems are invisible to a scan tool. A scope shows the actual waveform, which is where the answer usually is.
Nitrogen and UV leak detection
For A/C and cooling systems. Finding the leak before recharging is the difference between a repair and an annual subscription.
Smoke machine
EVAP and intake leaks. A vacuum leak you can see is a vacuum leak you can quote.
Four hoists, one with a low-clearance ramp
Lowered cars and long-wheelbase vans both fit. Sounds mundane until a shop turns you away.
Torque wrenches, calibrated annually
With a certificate. Every wheel and every critical fastener goes on to specification, and the spec is on your invoice.

What we will and won’t do
Always
- Written estimate before anything is touched
- Photograph every fault we find
- Call before doing anything not on the estimate
- Return your old parts if you ask
- Tell you when something can safely wait
- Put part numbers and specs on the invoice
Never
- Quote a repair without diagnosing it first
- Sell a flush or an additive as a fix for a mechanical fault
- Remove a catalytic converter or defeat an emissions system
- Pass a safety inspection on a vehicle that doesn’t meet the standard
- Take on work outside our trade to keep the bay full
- Charge for an estimate
04 / Practicalities
While your car is with us
Two courtesy cars
First come, booked with the job. Valid licence and insurance required, no charge for the day.
Rides within 5 km
We’ll drop you at the office, at home or at Dixie GO. Ask when you book.
Key drop and after-hours pickup
Locked drop box by the office door. Tell us and we’ll leave the car unlocked in the yard with the keys in the box.
