Maintenance / Schedule
Scheduled Maintenance in Mississauga
The same schedule your dealership follows, looked up by VIN in the manufacturer’s own service data, done at an independent shop’s labour rate — and documented properly so nobody can argue about it later.
01 / Packages
Three levels, priced by line
Interim service
Oil and filter to spec, cabin filter, all fluid levels, tire condition and pressures, brake measurement, battery test, visual inspection with photos, service reminder reset.
Full service
Everything in the interim, plus engine air filter, brake fluid test, drive belt inspection, suspension and exhaust check on the hoist, and a full-system diagnostic scan.
Manufacturer schedule
Exactly what your car’s schedule calls for at this mileage — spark plugs, transmission fluid, timing belt, coolant, whatever the data says. Quoted line by line.
You can decline any line. If your car’s schedule calls for something you’d rather defer, we’ll note it on the invoice as declined and remind you next time. Nothing gets quietly added.
02 / Documentation
Why the invoice matters as much as the work
If a warranty claim is ever questioned, the thing that settles it is the record — not where the work was done. Every invoice we produce carries:
- Date and exact odometer reading
- Part numbers for every component fitted
- Fluid specification and approval code, not just “oil”
- Which schedule item the work satisfies
- Anything declined, and by whom
- Torque specifications where they matter
We keep a copy indefinitely. If you sell the car, that history is worth real money to the next buyer.
We check for open recalls at every service. Recall work is free and can only be done by a dealer. If your VIN shows an outstanding campaign we’ll print it and tell you to go book it — that’s a job we can’t do and shouldn’t pretend otherwise.
Questions
The warranty worry
Will servicing here void my new-car warranty?
No. You can have scheduled maintenance done by any competent shop as long as the correct parts and fluids are used and the work is documented. Only warranty repairs themselves and recall work have to go through a dealer.
How do you know what my schedule is?
We look it up by VIN in the manufacturer’s service data — the same source the dealership uses. It also shows any open recalls for your specific car.
Can you reset the service light?
Yes, including condition-based service counters on European makes. That’s part of the scan tool coverage.
What if I’ve missed several services?
We’ll tell you what’s genuinely overdue and what can be caught up gradually, in priority order. Nobody needs to spend $2,000 in one visit to get back on schedule.
